WorkParadise was founded in 2020 by a group of entrepreneurs who had experienced firsthand the benefits of location-independent work.

From that experience, we set out with a clear mission: to help European companies and employees unlock the advantages of working from Thailand — legally, cost-effectively, and with peace of mind.

Max Tramboo

Founder

A digital entrepreneur long before the term “digital nomad” existed. Founder of Panomatics International (BOI-approved in 2011), Max has led VR and tech projects across Europe and Asia. Based in Koh Phangan, he is also a proud supporter of the Orang Utan Republik Foundation.

June Arjunka

Operations Director

With a background in project management, communications, and finance, June oversees operations, compliance, and client support. She is committed to making every relocation seamless for both employers and employees.

Dr. Gerd Westermayer

Health & Wellness Consultant

A German scientist with global expertise in workplace health, Dr. Westermayer pioneered the Workplace Health Promotion (WHP) Survey System and advises on organizational wellbeing.
