OUR STORY
WorkParadise was founded in 2020 by a group of entrepreneurs who had experienced firsthand the benefits of location-independent work.
From that experience, we set out with a clear mission: to help European companies and employees unlock the advantages of working from Thailand — legally, cost-effectively,and with peace of mind.
At the heart of our work is a simple aim: to boost productivity while restoring a healthier work-life balance for digital workers from around the world.

Max Tramboo
Founder
A digital entrepreneur long before the term “digital nomad” existed. Founder of Panomatics International (BOI-approved in 2011), Max has led VR and tech projects across Europe and Asia. Based in Koh Phangan, he is also a proud supporter of the Orang Utan Republik Foundation.
Andre Wagner
Co-Founder & Business Development
André brings years of sales and business development experience to WorkParadise. After discovering the concept while seeking a legal path to remote work in Thailand, he joined forces with Max to help expand WorkParadise’s reach in Europe. Based in Thailand, he focuses on partnerships and client engagement. Just added Andre’s bio. I only have it in Enlish version.

Operations Director
With a background in project management, communications, and finance, June oversees operations, compliance, and client support. She is committed to making every relocation seamless for both employers and employees.

A German scientist with global expertise in workplace health, Dr. Westermayer pioneered the Workplace Health Promotion (WHP) Survey System and advises on organizational wellbeing.
